Not in theory, but in the rooms where decisions get made, in the data we choose to collect, in the systems we sign off on, and in the communities that live with what we build.
Responsible by Design is a conversation-first event where women and allies in data science come together to sit with the hard questions, not to have all the answers, but to think out loud, learn from each other, and leave with something real.
This is not a lecture. There are no slides. Just people who care about getting it right, talking honestly about what that actually takes.
