• ​Complimentary Accommodation— an immersive shared villa experience for the duration of the residency, featuring a private pool and spaces designed for creativity and community.

• ​Collaborative Residency — co-produce content with other creators to expand reach, share audiences, and drive sustained growth.

​When does access to the house begin?
Access to the house begins in April. Exact 2026 residency dates will be confirmed privately upon acceptance.

​What if I’m not placed in the first cohort?
Cohorts rotate throughout 2026, and we review applications on a rolling basis as spots open. If a later opening aligns, we may reach out.

​What’s not included?
Flights, visas, travel insurance, and other personal travel expenses are not included.

​How long is the residency?
The residency is 1 month. Duration may be adjusted by mutual based on alignment, contribution, and collaboration.

​What is the accommodation setup (private vs. shared)?
Accommodation rooms vary by rotation and availability. Your exact setup will be confirmed upon acceptance.
