The Wines
Three wines are served during the walk, each selected for its connection to place, resilience, and transformation.
Wine 1
A light and fresh white made from the Altesse grape in Savoie, served at the start of the walk to open conversation.
Wine 2
A white blend of Malvasia, Grenache, and Marsanne, shared during the central part of the walk.
Wine 3
A biodynamic red from the Southern Rhône, made in limited quantities and served toward the end of the walk to spark reflection and discussion.
No wine knowledge is needed. Wines are introduced simply and in context.
