​The EU has committed to becoming the world's first "AI continent", with billions flowing into infrastructure, regulation, and strategy. Whether that ambition is realistic depends, more than anything else, on people: who has the skills, where they are, and whether the right conditions exist to develop them.

We'll be joined by Siddhi Pal, Lead for AI Workforce and Innovation at Interface, for a fireside chat on their recent report Solving Europe's AI talent equation: Supply, demand and missing pieces — exploring what the evidence shows, where the gaps are, and what a credible AI talent strategy for Europe might actually look like.

​This event is organised by the Brussels AGI Collective, a community exploring what advanced AI means for Europe's future, and supported by BlueDot Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing AI safety by training and connecting talented people to work on technical, policy, and societal challenges.
