For Parents raising both Company & Children
This is for founders and builders who are also parents, two of the toughest things at once.
If you're raising a child while building a company, my hope is that you'll come here and find people going through the same phase, fighting through similar challenges, and have real, honest conversations.
Because founder-parents rarely have the space, or the time to talk about the actual hard realities:
– Risk appetite and how it shifts once you have a family
– The guilt that comes when you're deep in building while your partner carries more of the parenting and emotional load and how you can keep them supported
– And the one almost nobody says out loud: what if it doesn't work out? Going back to a job after your startup, or finding the nerve to start again and how you even begin to have those conversations with yourself
Not a networking mixer. A warm, honest room of people who get it.
Speakers:
Dr. Jinashree Rajendrakumar: India's first certified Gottman Couples Therapist, with a PhD in Psychology. What makes her rare is that before therapy, she spent 17 years as a software engineer and tech lead at companies like Cisco, HP, and Wipro, and co-founded her own company, so she understands the founder world from the inside. She'll speak on keeping a partnership strong while building something all-consuming.
Swaroop Madavan: Founder & CEO of ParentOf, the world's first AI-based cognitive intelligence platform that measures and develops the abilities of learners. With 19+ years in behavioural science and cognitive technology (and multiple national honours, including the Aegis Graham Bell Award), he'll speak to one of the anxieties parents carry most right now, raising kids in a world being reshaped by AI.

We'll keep it simple and warm: short, honest conversations with our speakers, a small-group circle, and some problem-swapping where everyone brings a founder problem and a parent problem and we help each other out :)
