An increasing number of ocean and blue tech cluster organizations are taking shape across the United States, joining a well-established global network of regional innovation hubs. These clusters unite businesses, research institutions, public agencies, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable economic growth and technological advancement in the Blue Economy.

This session will explore how different types of clusters have developed in different parts of the country and how leaders in the growing Blue Economy sector can accelerate their growth and impact. Speakers will share insights from U.S. and international models, offering perspectives on building strong partnerships, fostering innovation, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
