​Kick off the weekend the right way, with a members-only yoga session in Vondelpark, led by our yoga expert, Karyna Ovcharova.

​After a long week, sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. That's exactly the energy Karyna brings to her teaching: mindful movement, grounding the body, and calming the mind.

​A huge thank you to Karyna for generously sharing her time and skills with our community 🙏 She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and has been building a life here in the Netherlands — balancing a busy tech career with her passion for yoga.
