Land Art for Kids (ages 6-10)

​In this workshop, we will explore the natural world within an urban city like New York. Together, we will collect and gather natural materials such as leaves, tree branches, colorful flowers, and stones to build ephemeral sculptures and altars for the land. Inspired by artists such as Andy Goldsworthy, we will think about composition, offerings to the earth, and temporary sculptures that echo mandalas. Come enjoy exploring, collecting, and creating with us.
