Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusive Leadership (CGEIL) at XLRI Delhi-NCR, is convening a closed-door leadership roundtable titled “Beyond Algorithms: Power, Bias & Belonging in the AI Economy.” This is an official Pre-Event to the India AI Impact Summit 2026.
The dialogue will bring together a curated group of leaders across AI, policy, philanthropy, industry, and civil society to explore how India can shape an inclusive, ethical, and socially grounded AI ecosystem. The session will include a focused discussion and a short Solution Sprint, with insights feeding into a note for the India AI Impact Summit.
