TOCW Flagship Event: Leading Change Summit 2026

​Since 2003, Leading Change has brought together Canada’s emerging sustainability leaders for our signature annual gathering: Leading Change Summit. This year, Leading Change Summit 2026 will convene up to 150 of Canada’s most driven young professionals (ages 19–35) for a full day of connection, learning, and action during Toronto Climate Week.

​Anchored in the theme of Resiliency, the 2026 Summit will explore what it takes for young leaders to thrive in a world defined by rapid change and growing uncertainty. Through interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, hands‑on problem‑solving, and meaningful peer connection, participants will dive into how they can strengthen their own resilience while driving the systems-level resilience Canada needs for a sustainable and prosperous future.

​This year’s Summit proudly serves as the flagship event of the Youth Track at Toronto Climate Week, elevating youth leadership and amplifying the critical role young professionals play in accelerating climate solutions.
