We’ll be joined by Percy Grundy, a second-time founder currently building an AI startup for the telecom industry. Ten years ago, Percy left a successful corporate career to launch FloLive, a pioneering IoT connectivity platform that went on to raise over $100M and became a global disruptor in its space. Percy is originally from Bolivia, where he studied computer science, management of technology at UC Berkeley, and obtained an MBA from London Business School.
Moderating the conversation is Ana Castrillon, global marketing leader and fractional CMO at Encuadrado. With over a decade of experience growing companies across LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets, including at Zendesk, Figma, Voxbone, and Toku. Her journey across six countries shapes her open, people-first approach.
