She Wolf Catch Fire: how to crush creative block (finally!)

Brick walls. Mental nets. Vapid paragraphs. Lifeless prose. This is where us women get stuck. Added to this is decision fatigue, job fatigue and fear fatigue (it's a thing, yes!). Eventually we lose our steam, our fire, our way; we ghost ourselves, judge ourselves, and eventually begin to cancel every cellular invite in our bodies.

We have the workshop to help you...

Come join Natasha Fracchiolla with Guest Artist and Movement Teacher, Mariaeladia de Moya, for a creative workshop designed to burn through the block - no matter your mess, your blanks or your current life circumstances. We got you!

A fully immersive creative writing and movement workshop that gives you back your right to an inspired life.

This is an interactive and creative few hours, for inspired wellbeing. The evening unfolds online as a creative ecosystem that promises to uproot your beautiful ideas, re-discover your muse and relight your magnanimous fire🔥

Your Host🐺:

The workshop is led by Natasha Fracchiolla (Founder of Room 206 Writing Agency and Barcelona's She Wolf Writing Community) and follows an effervescent journey through the 'where and how' of our physical, mental and soulful blockages.

Sparked by Natasha's own struggle with creative intersections as a writer-turned-entrepreneur, Natasha unravels the truth behind 'the block' through her own story: how she started (and restarted and restarted!) in the mess, and how she learnt to make space for more creative real estate through her toughest resistance.

Natasha is a professional writer, storyteller, and writing coach who specialises in the application of story as a powerful medium for personal growth, connection and change. Her team building and public community workshops cover the human theory of communication techniques. She believes deeply in the power of personal story, magic and metaphor - all of which inspire the words.

More about our Guest Artist: Mariadeladia De Moya - Dance & Movement Healer

Mariadeladia (Mare) is a dance teacher, spiritual creative and movement leader who alchemises music, movement and the story of the body. As a live performer herself, Mare ultimately reconnects us with our feminine energy. Mare works to untangle the creative root chakra - where true feminine power lies. With her career seeped in professional dance and movement mentorship, her passion for empowering women communities in Barcelona and beyond is fully present in the room, as she gently guides the feminine release to bring only the truest expression of movement to life.

More about She Wolf:

She Wolf is a writing community founded by Natasha Fracchiolla of Room 206, and born in Barcelona. This is a community for all women of the world: a beautifully stitched storybook of women who choose to run with the wolves - and write about it. We come together each month to explore our strength and our surrender through creative writing experiences. We connect on all things that sit inside a woman's heart. We respect our process as women, with big stories to tell. We learn cool writing techniques to open us up; we find ways to the answers; we find our voices too - on the page and in the world. Sometimes, we howl at the moon. To join our She Wolf Writing Community send your info to [email protected] or follow us @room206writing
