Convergence Dinner: Quantum + AI in Cascadia
A Private Dinner Convening AI & Quantum Leadership Across Cascadia

You are cordially invited to a private, invite-only dinner bringing together leaders in AI and Quantum technology from across the Cascadia corridor: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and British Columbia/Canada, held in conjunction with the Convergence Summit: Quantum + AI in Cascadia. This is the Speakers' VIP Roundtable Dinner.

Date: Wednesday, October 28th
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM PT
Location: The Rainier Club, Seattle, WA
(a short walk from the Convergence Summit venue at K&L Gates)

Hosted by:
Arry Yu, Convergence: Tech Policy Institute
Michael Brett + Ty Takeshita, Dinner Co-Hosts (Amazon Quantum)

This evening will bring together approximately 40 guests, including members of the Canadian AI/Quantum delegation — investors, subject matter experts, and C-suite executives — alongside their counterparts from the U.S. AI and Quantum ecosystem.

This invitation is non-transferable and extended personally to you. All guests are reviewed and approved by the host committee.

RSVP is required to confirm your seat. Because space is limited to 40 guests, we kindly ask that if your plans change and you are unable to attend, you let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to another invitee on our waitlist. Please note that repeated non-responses or no-shows to invite-only events of this kind may affect future invitations.

Please RSVP by October 21st by accepting or declining this invitation.

We look forward to an evening of meaningful connection at the intersection of AI and Quantum innovation across our region.

Warm regards,
Arry Yu
