Morgan pre-seed tech accelerator, investing in 48 startups. There, Edgard worked closely with founders to help them achieve product-market fit and structure successful investment rounds.

During this two-hour session, we will be reviewing your pitches, giving tactical feedback over lunch, and then Edgard will be running a session on the importance of setting up a cap table, how to track investors, and what equity each holds before you plan to start raising capital.
