UX Design Meet-up

​We are getting together for a casual, no-pressure meetup to talk design, AI, jobs, and swap stories all while grabbing some amazing food/drinks. Whether you are a seasoned researcher, just transitioning into the field, or simply curious about what user experience is all about, we would love to have you.

​Since we are meeting at a restaurant, there won’t be any heavy whiteboard challenges or formal presentations, just a relaxed agenda to keep the conversation flowing:

​The Agenda:

• ​Say Hi & Settle In: Grab some food, get comfortable, and introduce yourself to the group.

• ​Open Networking: Dive into the Houston UX job market, swap contact info, or get some casual portfolio advice.

• ​Just Hang Out: No formal presentations or tasks, just a relaxed space to chat about design and make local connections!

• ​When: Sunday, April 26, 2026

• ​Time: 11 am to 1 pm

• ​Where: Cowboys & Indians (519 Shepherd Dr, Houston, TX 77007)

• ​Who: Everyone! Bring your friends, your coworkers, or anyone interested in design. (You do not need to be an IxDF member to join us!)

• ​Cost: Completely free to attend (just cover your own food/drinks).
