CAFE Fall Fintech Accelerator Demo Day with Delaware Bankers Association

​Center for Accelerating Financial Equity (CAFE) is excited to invite industry professionals to meet the fintech companies in the fourth cohort of the flagship CAFE Fintech Accelerator Program. The morning will open with welcome remarks from Karyn Polak (Delaware Bankers Association President) and Kristen Castell (CAFE's Managing Director), followed by pitches from six, new CAFE cohort companies. 

​Following the pitches and a short networking session, the event continues with a moderated panel featuring fintech leaders and Delaware bankers, reflecting on challenges, opportunities, and what the future of collaboration looks like for the industry. Finally, attendees will be able to take a tour of the Fintech Innovation Hub, offering space for deeper discussion and further relationship-building.

​The CAFE Accelerator is rooted in a bank–fintech collaboration philosophy: participating companies are designed to partner with and support banks—not compete with them. CAFE’s cohort of companies have extraordinary financial technology products in the market that help financial institutions to advance financial health & wellness for low- to moderate- income (LMI) communities. 

​CAFE is a non-profit organization that offers a hybrid-virtual accelerator program to support fintechs in Delaware and across the country by providing coaching, community, and connections to help accelerate business growth and impact.

​CAFE is part of the Fintech Innovation Hub, a “center of excellence” located on the world-renowned STAR Campus of the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware.
