This is a simple and supportive space for anyone seeking to either establish, or deepen their meditation practice.

What to expect

🌬️ Each session includes 20–30 minutes guided mindfulness meditation
🙌🏼 A space to meditate with others who share similar intentions
💡10 minutes to explore practice related questions and sharings
Who is it for
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned meditator, you are welcome to join.
This space is for all who wish to establish or deepen their mindfulness practice, to live life from a place of inner clarity, while connecting with others on the journey.
Ongoing practice
Each month brings a new theme and a chance to renew your intention to practice.
Over time, we’ll build upon earlier skills, and you’re always welcome to rejoin, even if you’ve missed a few weeks or months.
