The Future Of Work Summit 2027
TheFOW Summit 2027
The Largest Student Festival of Innovation in South-South Nigeria
5 March 2027 · Akwa Ibom State
2,000+ students, young talents and innovators. 10 campuses. One major gathering built around the future.
Summit 2027 brings together the next generation of students, builders, founders, creatives, innovators and young professionals with the people and organisations shaping the future of technology, education, money, innovation, Web3 and work.
This is not just another event.
It is a large-scale platform designed to bring young talent and opportunity into the same room, creating a space where students can discover what's possible, young builders can showcase what they're creating, institutions can engage emerging talent, and companies, founders and ecosystem organisations can connect with the next generation.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SUMMIT?
Expect a full day of conversations, practical experiences, challenges, demonstrations, networking and opportunities built around the realities of the world young people are entering.
For students and young talents: Discover skills, ideas, people and opportunities that can take you beyond campus.
For young builders and innovators: Bring your ideas, build solutions and put your work in front of people who can help you take the next step.
For institutions and communities: Connect with students, emerging talents and a wider ecosystem of opportunities, knowledge and networks.

WHY THEFOW?
TheFOW started with a simple belief:
Young people should not have to wait until graduation to discover opportunities.
After reaching 2,000+ students across 4 campus events, working with 15+ sponsors and partners, and helping 200+ young talents move from campus towards careers in technology and Web3, TheFOW is taking its biggest step yet.
In 2027, we're bringing 2,000+ students, young talents and innovators from 10 campuses together for the Largest Student Festival of Innovation in South-South Nigeria.
And this is bigger than one day.
TheFOW is building a launchpad for emerging talent on campuses in Africa — connecting the next generation to the ecosystems, people and opportunities shaping the future.
