We kick off November with a very special guest and one of perfumery’s most fascinating raw materials: oud.

​Khalid Iqbal comes from a family business with decades of experience in oud. His work spans raw material sourcing, distillation, and close collaboration with fragrance houses and industry professionals across the Middle East and Europe.

​Join us for an afternoon of discovery as we explore different varieties of oud, smell and compare their distinctive characteristics, and learn about the origins, distillation, and craftsmanship behind this precious ingredient. An opportunity to get closer to one of perfumery’s most complex materials, guided by someone whose work is deeply rooted in it.
