Sustainable Finance Frameworks | RHODOPE One-Day Training
Sustainable finance products require more than a green label. They need credible eligibility criteria, recognised market principles, transparent governance, independent review and ongoing reporting.
This practical one-day RHODOPE programme examines the main European and international frameworks used to structure green, social and sustainability-linked financial instruments.
Participants will explore the EU Taxonomy, the ICMA Green and Social Bond Principles and the LMA Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles. The programme explains how these frameworks influence product design, use-of-proceeds requirements, KPI selection, performance targets, external review and post-issuance reporting.
The course also examines the verification process, the role of second-party opinions and the controls required to reduce greenwashing risk in product development and market communication.
The day combines regulatory grounding, applied tools, facilitated discussion and a hands-on workshop in which participants structure a sustainable financial product for a realistic client scenario.
