Generating Cellular States and Fates with Optimal Transport and Flow Matching
Join us for a talk with Dominik Klein, co-founder and CTO of Valinor, on “Generating cellular states and fates with optimal transport and flow matching.” Dominik will share how methods like moscot and CellFlow are helping scientists model cellular dynamics, infer trajectories, and generate realistic cellular phenotypes from complex single-cell data. The session will also include a look at the broader path from academic method development to biotech entrepreneurship, including his work at Valinor. Moscot is a scalable, multimodal optimal transport framework for single-cell genomics, and CellFlow is a flow-matching-based framework for generative single-cell phenotype modeling.
This webinar will be held via Zoom.
