About Event

Housing is the defining civic challenge in both Hawaii and Oregon, and technology, used well, can help. This panel brings Oregon tech founders together with Hawaii's housing and civic-tech leaders to share what's actually working: using data and AI to decode zoning, connect the right information to the right decisions, and drive smarter housing policy and investment.

You'll hear from two Oregon companies whose tools are stronger together, one that decodes zoning into instant, parcel-level answers for governments, architects, and developers, and one that provides the AI-ready data backbone that ties fragmented information into a shared source of truth and powers a statewide Oregon housing coalition of advocates, program leaders, and a state legislator.

Together they've built an integration partnership that connects their separate tools into one shared view. It isn't a single platform; it's each company's piece combined into the full picture, so stakeholders can see housing more completely and drive better advocacy.

We want to learn what's working in Hawaii, compare tools and best practices, and explore real collaboration. Expect to leave with practical models and new connections for putting technology to work on the housing crisis. Photos and video will be captured for promotional use.
