​Building a company is hard. But building the right team - and managing people effectively as you scale - can often be even harder.

​Hiring the right talent, managing expectations, building culture, handling team conflicts, retaining high performers… every founder faces these challenges, yet very few get the space to discuss them openly.

​That’s exactly what this Founders Roundtable is designed for.

​This time, we’re changing the format completely to make the conversations deeper, more practical, and outcome-driven.

​Instead of one large discussion, founders will be divided into smaller groups where every participant gets dedicated time to share a real hiring or people management challenge they are currently facing.

​The format is simple:
👉 One founder shares a problem
👉 Every founder in the group contributes a solution, perspective, or experience
👉 The founder then picks the most relevant and actionable solution for their situation

​This process will continue across the group so that every founder gets a chance to speak, contribute, and most importantly - walk away with clarity and actionable takeaways.

​We’ll also have a Catalyst Founder joining us, who will share her own experiences and actively guide each group with practical insights from her journey of building and managing teams.
