W3C DDS Community Group August Open Call

• ​Overall Vision: review changes from Nicolas (dividing DDS in sub-groups, with some specialized in atproto, others for activity pub, etc)

• ​Governance: Review of the governance structure: BDFL, Chairs, Maintainers, Contributors roles, sub-groups and other specificities, see: https://github.com/dds-wg/.github/blob/main/GOVERNANCE.md

• ​Concrete sub-groups assignation with their specific lead & monthly call? TBD

• ​News from Stuart & Lee about the PoC of the AT Protocol implementation, and its presentation during DWeb
