A connective art exhibit exploration designed for queer and trans folks to reconnect with the body, emotions, and creativity. We’ll meet outside the museum and begin with a grounding practice and structure for the experience before an open self-led exploration of the art. We'll then close with optional group sharing.
No art or therapy background needed!
