βRun Your Life is a community of founders/operators who journal and run/walk every week. We meet on Tuesdays to journal/walk/run and finish with breakfast/brunch

βWe'll kick things off with a quick 5-minute meet and greet, followed by 20 minutes of writing to get those creative juices flowing. Then, lace up your running shoes for a refreshing 30-minute walk/run/workout around the park.
βAfterward, stick around for an optional breakfast where you can refuel and connect with fellow founders/operators. Whether you're looking to stay healthy physically, psychologically, or socially.
