Shintaro Suzuki
Managing Director, Zeroboard (Thailand)
Shintaro began his career at JGC Corporation, where he was stationed in China and Singapore, managing large-scale EPC projects for LNG and oil refinery plants.
βDriven by an interest in green technology, he later joined Hitachi, Ltd. to contribute to the launch of their sustainability-focused Digital Smart City business. Relocating to Bangkok with Hitachi Asia (Thailand), he successfully spearheaded the expansion of these smart city initiatives into the Thai market.
βFollowing his role as a Director for a local venture in Thailand, Shintaro joined Zeroboard. He led the successful establishment of the Thai subsidiary and currently serves as its Managing Director. In this role, he oversees business expansion and operations, dedicated to supporting companies across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region in achieving their sustainability and decarbonization goals.
Satoshi Negoro
COO & Board Member, Spectee Inc.
Satoshi Negoro is the COO and Board Member of Spectee Inc., a Tokyo-based AI-powered disaster and crisis management startup, where he leads the company's global expansion across Southeast Asia. Drawing on over 20 years of international experience, including leadership roles at Sony Corporation, he has spearheaded key initiatives such as Spectee's partnership with JICA and the Philippines' DICT to launch the localized Spectee Pro platform. He is also the author of two books on crisis management and supply chain resilience.
Shintaro Nishimura
Director of Corporate Planning, learningBOX
Shintaro Nishimura is the Director of Corporate Planning at learningBOX, Inc., where he leads corporate strategy and the company's global expansion initiatives. Prior to joining learningBOX, he spent over a decade at Nikon, including several years in Singapore overseeing sales, marketing, and business strategy across 12 Southeast Asian markets. Leveraging his extensive international business experience, he now drives learningBOX's long-term global growth and overseas market expansion.
Kotaro Adachi
CEO and Co-Founder, TechShake
Kotaro Adachi is a Japanese entrepreneur based in the Philippines for over 20 years. He is currently involved in the management of several companies, including TechShake, AXIS Software Development, and Global Bridge Resources. Also, he is co-organizer of the IGNITE Conference, which is the biggest innovation conference based in the Philippines. Kotaro attained his MBA from IE Business School in Spain.
