​And yet… most organizations still plan as if the world is stable and predictable. We cling to if-then logic, rigid theories of change, fixed goals, linear planning cycles, tidy KPIs, and post-hoc “impact” assessments — all built on an assumption of control that simply doesn’t exist.

​This intensive, live 2-hour workshop is a deep conceptual reset. • ​Flows & Dynamics — Trace the relationships, feedback loops, and information flows that quietly govern your system’s trajectory — and learn how to shape them.

​You’ll walk away with a practical diagnostic map of your system’s current dynamics, a felt sense of how to release the illusion of control, and a clear view of how to intervene for meaningful, durable change.
