​Kim Dupont-Madinier is a French-American entrepreneur, design engineer, and architectural designer.

​Kim has over 13 years of experience developing and deploying innovative building technologies for various markets worldwide. She has led the development of cutting-edge designs and technologies in a variety of settings, including as a Portfolio Manager for Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill, her own prefab startup, Saint-Gobain (a leading global building materials company), as a Fulbright Scholar in Mongolia, and for the 2014 European Solar Decathlon Competition (a prominent global solar powered prefab housing competition).

Today, Kim serves as the Principal of MERIDIAN, an innovative off-site construction consulting firm that designs and commercializes patented, climate-resilient prefab housing systems to improve unit economics, and increase ROI for architecture, engineering, and construction businesses worldwide.
