A few updates:
Come early for the 1/22 Thursday Soiree. You must be registered on Luma and we will not be accommodating plus 1s. Note we are subject to fire code restrictions and will close doors when we hit our capacity.
Sundance Screenings are fully booked. We encourage you to find your own tickets and explore Park City on 1/24, and then join us for the Main Street Pub Crawl that evening at 5pm.
There will be limited shuttle service for GA attendees from Grand America for the Saturday and Sunday events in Park City. It is first come; first served and subject to availability after all-access passholders are accounted for. We encourage groups of attendees to do ride hailing from Grand America as well.

For the past five years Velvet has made Sundance its home, bringing together leading investors, founders, and creatives for unforgettable experiences in the mountains.
This year is the final Sundance in Park City. Velvet is celebrating the end of an era with our most iconic programming yet. From our signature soirée to film premieres and a day on the slopes, we are closing out Park City in true Velvet fashion.

Thursday, January 22
The Velvet Soirée
Our flagship night.
300+ GPs, LPs, founders, and creatives descend on Velvet HQ in downtown SLC. Live music, curated cocktails, and the energy that sets the tone for the entire weekend. There will be a private VIP dinner beforehand, which is invite only.
Friday, January 23
Cowboy Hat Making Night
The iconic cowboy hat experience at an iconic cowboy hat making atelier is reserved for Velvet VIPs only. Custom hats, the western speakeasy, and a highly curated guest list.
Saturday, January 24
Sundance Film Festival Day
Immerse yourself in screenings and experiences across Park City. The night ends with a Velvet hosted bar crawl on Main Street in Park City. VIPs have access to select screenings (TBD).
Sunday, January 25
Deer Valley Ski Day
Spend the final day skiing Deer Valley with fellow attendees.
A fun, social day on one of Utah’s best mountains.
Lift tickets and rentals are purchased separately unless you hold a VIP pass.
IIf you are joining Velvet at our Sundance Summit, we have a dedicated discounted room block at The Grand America in downtown SLC. We will have shuttle buses to take guests to and from Park City for all official Summit activities.
If you plan to attend, please email [email protected] so I can get an accurate headcount. After approval, Jillian will email you the discounted room block link.
We will also have coordinating group chats for both the film festival day and the ski day. If you are not staying at The Grand America, please book your own accommodations separately and meet us there for shuttle pick-up times to ride up to Park City. If you prefer not to use the shuttles, please make your own transportation arrangements.
