About Event

Join us for October’s AGILE Co-Working Day & Fireside Chat as we challenge traditional workplace norms and explore how a new era of leadership is unfolding.

We’re sitting down with two Gen Z founders who are ditching rigid 9-to-5s, traditional office hours, and presence-driven management in favor of radical autonomy, mission-aligned hiring, and output-driven culture.

🎙️ The Conversation

  • Beyond the 9-to-5: How to measure true productivity when hours worked no longer equal output.

  • Mission & Autonomy: Attracting top-tier young talent through shared purpose rather than office perks.

  • Borderless & Asynchronous: Building high-trust, flexible team cultures that deliver results from anywhere.

⚡ Featuring Speakers

  • Brian Chua is the Co-Founder of Randamu, building at the intersection of the creator economy, youth culture, and modern workplace innovation. A Gen-Z founder himself with a background in Venture Capital covering Vietnam and Central Asia, Brian actively speaks on youth entrepreneurship and Southeast Asia's economy while championing an output-driven, borderless model of hiring that redefines how Gen-Z works.

  • Avin Teo is the Founder of Impact Colliders, a social enterprise empowering seniors through technology and social innovation. A Global Impact Scholar at SMU and student startup advocate through Protégé Ventures, he actively builds purpose-led ventures while bridging intergenerational gaps across Singapore’s tech ecosystem.

  • Kai Tham is the Founder of Aston Abode, an independent Singapore fashion label built on narrative-driven design, youth culture, and community. Having grown the brand from a student passion project into a multi-channel business with over 20,000 followers. As a young founder, Kai prioritizes creative experimentation, clear ownership, and measurable output over traditional working hours.
