BERLIN QUANTUM community event organized by OpTecBB e.V. and hosted by Leap Berlin.

BarBQ is an open networking event that brings together Berlin’s quantum community and encourages the exchange of ideas among students, founders, researchers, and people with or without a technical background. Everyone interested in learning more about quantum technologies and the community in Berlin is welcome.

Each edition features presentations on quantum science, startups, technologies, and current projects, with time to meet, ask questions, and exchange ideas over a drink.

Joining us on 10 November:

• Allan Starkholm (HYBIX), HZB – X-Ray Detection

• Théodore Cussac – IBM Quantum Ambassador in Berlin

• Yash Thakare – ShorShield

ShorShield is currently looking for 3–4 additional test customers. If you’re interested, come along and connect with Yash to find out more.

BarBQ takes place on the second Tuesday of every month, above the rooftops of Berlin at Leap Quantum Technology Hub.

From October to April, enjoy a cocktail and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. From May to September, we also fire up the grill.
