​In product and technology, having great ideas is not enough. professionals must also be able to communicate, influence, and lead effectively. Yet many women hesitate to challenge assumptions, advocate for their ideas, or confidently participate in decision making, particularly in male dominated environments.

​This session will explore practical strategies for building confidence, strengthening communication, and developing influence across teams. Participants will learn how to challenge decisions respectfully, communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders, build credibility, and lead with confidence while remaining authentic to their values.
