New York ~ Talent Collective Coffee x CultureFirst Communication Workshop
On June 23rd, New York Talent Collective and the CultureFirst Community (powered by CultureAmp) are hosting a morning workshop and we're bringing in the incredible dani herrera to lead a discussion on culture, talent, and inclusion.
If you know her work, you know this is worth blocking your calendar for (and bringing your laptop to)! dani will be talking about inclusive communication — the kind that shifts how you lead change, how you build teams, and how talent shows up. We will break down communication choices (written, verbal, and non-verbal) and introduce simple, actionable shifts to communicate with intention across roles, identities, and cultures.
Communication is culture in action, and when people don't receive information in a way that works for them, the trust you're trying to build (and the culture you're trying to create) can quickly erode. The way we speak, write, and show up in conversation shapes who feels (and stays!) heard, respected, and included.
This will be an interactive workshop filled with real examples, a bit of humor, and tools you can start using right away.
