Join BRC and Coach Trina for a running training plan workshop breaking down the building blocks of a successful training cycle: easy runs, tempo work, speedwork, long runs, strength training, and rest and recovery.
We'll cover how to structure a training block, how long your longest run should actually be, how to safely build weekly mileage, and when to push versus when to pull back.

About Coach Trina
Trina is a former elite track athlete with a top-30 800m finish at the NCAA East Regional Championships who has since shifted her focus from chasing PRs to chasing experiences across the NYC running community. She's raced everything from the 100m to an ultramarathon relay. As both an athlete and coach for several organizations across the city, Trina believes the benefits of running don't end when you take off your shoes — and that training should be about more than the time on the watch.
