About Event

​Immerse yourself in a restorative and blissful morning at the idyllic Lion's Nature Education Centre in Sai Kung. Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness partners with Aliran Sound Healing and Oil Soul Good to bring you a unique wellness experience that blends forest bathing with sound bath. Allow your certified Forest Therapy Guide to help you reconnect with nature and find stillness, grounding, calm, and clarity. Then settle in to a sound journey that will allow you to further find serenity on this Sunday morning.

​What you'll experience:

  • ​Guided forest bathing session with Certified Guide Jerome B designed to slow the breath, quiet the mind, and deepen your connection with Mother Nature, and yourself.

  • ​A dual sound bath session from practitioners Jessy C of Aliran Sound Healing and Sardonna Y of Oil Soul Good to further ground and connect you with Mother Earth. Allow your body to receive the sounds and vibrations that will melt stress away and ground into yourself and the Earth.

  • ​Facilitated reflection, gentle mindful movement, and time for community connection.

  • ​A comfortable and supportive environment suitable for beginners and seasoned wellness practitioners.

  • ​Light refreshments.
