Stretch n Stroll
Close out your weekend with a mellow pre-stretch sesh and light yoga led by Amanda from Bend & Blaze, then wander the iconic murals of the Bushwick Collective with the Buds on the Move crew. We’ll meet at Skewville (an iconic art studio and gallery) and use their back space for class before we stroll. Expect grounding moves, mural magic, and a feel-good community reset.

🌿 Meet — 4:00–4:15 PM @ Skewville
Check in, grab a nametag, say hi to your Bud Leaders, and light up!
🧘 Light Stretch with Bend & Blaze — 4:15–4:45 PM
Gentle, restorative moves to recharge your body and mind (all levels welcome). Please bring your own yoga mat.
🚶 Bushwick Collective Walk — 4:45–6:00 PM
Easy-paced loop with mural pauses, photo ops, and mindful conversation.
Back to Skewville — 6:00 PM
We will end the event back at Skewville. Walkers can leave their mats there during our stroll.
What to Bring
🧘 Yoga mat, towel, blanket (travel/roll-up works great)
💧 Water bottle
Some flower or whatever form of consumption if you'd like!
👟 Comfortable walking shoes
