​So bereitest du dich vor:
Überlege dir vor dem Call kurz Antworten auf diese drei Fragen:

• ​Was habe ich seit dem Workshop konkret umgesetzt?

• ​Was hat besonders gut funktioniert?

• ​Was hat nicht oder wenig funktioniert?

​Jede/r Teilnehmende hat ca. 3 Minuten Zeit, um die eigenen Erfahrungen zu teilen. Das ISA Team moderiert die Session.
Wichtig: Der Austausch lebt von eurer Offenheit. Auch «Misserfolge» sind wertvoll, oft lernen wir daraus am meisten. Wir freuen uns auf spannende Einblicke!

​This is an exclusive, free session for all alumni of the ISA workshop on the hidden and informal job market. Connect with fellow participants, share your experiences and learn from one another.

​How to prepare:
Before the call, take a moment to reflect on these three questions:

​• What have I concretely implemented since the workshop?
• What worked particularly well?
• What did not work or worked only to a small extent?

​Each participant will have about three minutes to share their insights. The ISA team will moderate the session.

​Important: the value of this exchange comes from your openness. Even so called failures are valuable. Often we learn the most from them.
