Demi Darbey is a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor at Healys LLP. She advises technology-driven businesses from start-up through to exit, with a focus on the scale-up and investment stages. Demi specialises in guiding founders, investors, and management teams on structuring and protecting their interests as companies grow. Her practice also spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions, with a strong emphasis on practical, growth-oriented legal solutions.
