Inception Series: World Models Mini Build | Hyderabad Edition
Interactive media is changing
Instead of AI generating something once and handing it to you, world models let you build experiences that can respond, evolve, and interact in real time.
Think AI characters that actually react, playable stories, interactive films, dynamic worlds, or simulations where you can test how things behave instead of just watching a video of them.
And it’s not just media. The same idea gets interesting for robotics and simulation, where world models can help create environments, generate training data, and let robots learn or interact in worlds that change around them.
That’s why we’re doing World Models Mini Builds: Hyderabad.
On 16 August, we’re bringing 50 builders into one room to spend a few hours actually building with this technology. Engineers, researchers, designers, founders, artists, storytellers, robotics people, and anyone curious enough to make something weird.
No long talks. No 47-slide keynote explaining why the future is coming. We’ll introduce the tech, show you the tooling, and then spend most of the session building.
You could leave with a demo at the end, anything from characters, media or robotics simulations. there would be a cash prize as well for the best demos + additional credits.
The session is powered by Reactor, the infrastructure layer for building with real-time world models.
This is also the final Mini Build before Inception II, our bigger world models hackathon, so it’s a good place to get familiar with the tech, meet other builders, and find people to build with.
Hosted by Launchd in Hyderabad, powered by Reactor.

Only apply if you can be there in person for the full session. We’ve got 50 spots, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Come build something that moves. 🚀
