​Join BESA and The Key Group for an evening of insight, discussion and connection at this special EdTech Exchange event exploring how founders and leaders are preparing for an AI‑first future. Bringing together education and technology innovators, the session will examine the skills that matter now – and those that will define the next generation of EdTech businesses. 

​Our panel, “Tech skills that matter now (and beyond)”, will explore the changing landscape of software engineering, job displacement and creation within education, leadership in scaling organisations, and the evolving expectations of boards, investors and product teams. We’ll also look at the rise of AI champions and agents, the training and support growing businesses need, and what new entry‑level roles in EdTech might look like. 

​The evening will also feature short “mini‑note” presentations from selected community submissions, followed by informal networking with peers, founders and sector leaders.
