Professional Life in Times of Collective Trauma
In times of collective pain, many of us find ourselves carrying more than what’s visible - while continuing to show up at work, at home, and for others.
At Kajé, we believe that strength is not built in isolation. It is built when women come together, recognize what they are holding, and support one another through it.
This unique session is a community-held space for professional Iranian women living and working in Canada to acknowledge our emotions, reflect on how they show up and impact our professional lives, and explore ways to stay grounded, regulated, and connected - without carrying it alone.
The conversation will be gently guided by Sameen Haghighi, a Canadian Registered Psychotherapist, offering grounding tools and clinical perspective, while remaining rooted in Kajé’s core value: women showing up for each other.
This is not a political discussion or a therapy session. It is a supportive, intentional space to pause, reflect, and move forward together.
While this event is open to all Iranian women, with professional lives and responsibilities, the capacity is limited and as always, Kajé members will be given priority as part of our commitment to their ongoing journey and care.
We look forward to coming together as a community - to listen, reflect, and support one another.
