MORNING | 9:30am – 12:30pm
10:30am – 11:15am — Workshop: Building Early GTM Functions learn how to build lean, effective early-stage GTM systems that actually drive traction using the Six Pillars Framework — led by Kieza, one of Plugged’s founders.
11:30am – 12:30pm — Office Hours bring your GTM challenges and get live help. expert guidance + peer Q&A to unblock you on the spot.
LUNCH | 12:30pm – 1:30pm
pizza, drinks & a proper founder hang.
AFTERNOON | 1:30pm – 5:30pm
2pm – 3pm — Content Roasts pitch decks, landing pages, email copy — anything goes. we break it down and build it back better together. expect honest, actionable feedback to make your messaging sharper.
3:30pm – 5pm — Drop-in Clinics 30-min 1:1s with Kieza to deep dive into your bottlenecks. only 3 slots — first come, first served.
EVENING | 6pm – 9pm
close the laptop. put Slack on mute. unwind with founders over drinks and games. because all work and no play isn’t just dull — it’s unsustainable.
