How can you leverage your skills to do good in tech without leaving your job?
At this month’s Effective Altruism Tech London meetup we are delighted to have Rachel Caisi Miller.
Rachel is Reddit’s longest-serving Product Manager for Search Experience, who will discuss scaling AI-powered products for millions worldwide and how the product lifecycle is changing in the era of AI.
Rachel will also share her experience volunteering as a Product Manager at Taimaka, a nonprofit tackling child malnutrition in Nigeria, reaching over 12,000 children with a 95% recovery rate.
She has also pledged 5% of her income through One for the World/Giving What We Can.

Speaker Bio
Rachel is the product manager leading Search Experiences at Reddit, scaling search and AI products for millions. She has launched multiple zero-to-one initiatives and led cross-functional teams across frontend and backend products.
Beyond Reddit, Rachel is a recognized leader in tech for social good. She has founded digital tech initiatives advancing diversity, accessibility, and mental health, and volunteers as a product manager at Taimaka, where she oversees engineers building digital tools that have helped treat over 12,000 children with malnutrition in Nigeria.
Rachel’s work has been featured numerous times in outlets like TechCrunch and The Verge. She has delivered talks around the world and frequently judges and speaks at hackathons. She has pledged to donate 5% of her income to charity and is committed to using her product skills to build a better future in technology.
