

Saturday on The Mat (Beginner Pilates)
A small, beginner-friendly Pilates class where you’ll actually learn the fundamentals and build confidence, no big studio energy.
This class is about understanding your form, moving with control, and getting stronger over time. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be guided through the basics in a way that will help you enter group class with confidence.
Expect a steady flow set to a playlist ranging from Afro beats to Latin to hip hop. Positive vibes only!
What to expect:
45-minute mat Pilates class
All levels welcome
Class #1 will focus on fundamentals & principles going at a slower pace.
Only 8-10 spots and this is the last session.
What to bring:
Your own mat
Water
Grip socks are welcome.
Important:
Class doors open 10:50am and close at 11:05 AM, no late entry.
Please arrive on time to get settled before class begins.
All participants must sign a safety waiver.
