With 20+ years of experience across global technology, investment management, and private equity, Jennifer has advised executives and leadership teams on navigating complex business transitions and building enterprise value. Her expertise spans strategic transformation, leadership development, organizational design, digital and AI transformation, geographic expansion, restructures, and growth.
Jennifer is the founder of Cognivity, where she helps mission-led founders build stronger brands, empowered teams, and high-performing organizations. She is also an Ivey MBA graduate, a Certified HR Leader, a Certified Learning & Development Professional, and a Solution-Focused Coach. Jennifer has been a three-time RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award nominee and serves as a Board Member with the Ivey Alumni Network in Toronto.
