AMA w/ Founders of Pagebound ✦ New Anti-AI Reading App
About Pagebound
Pagebound is a social reading tracker that's like if Goodreads & Reddit had a baby. Created by 2 avid readers, it's indie, anti-AI, and centered around timeless discussions about books.
Every book has its own forum, so readers can post thoughts, theories, ideas, and reactions as they read. Posts are sorted by % read for a readalong experience in the book forum. They’re also sent to anyone with that book in their library. Pagebound has grown to more than 50,000 users organically after launching in Jan 2025 and has become a haven for readers looking to discuss books as they read them, not just review at the end.
Join us on November 13th for a chat with cofounders Jennifer and Lucy about their journey creating Pagebound, the product decisions that differentiate their social reading community, and what it takes to compete with Amazon-owned Goodreads.
