Bloom + Breathe is a gentle, grounding prenatal yoga class designed to support mamas-to-be through mindful movement, breath, and connection with baby.
This is a low-impact, accessible practice created to help you soften, find relief in the body, and feel supported — exactly as you are.
Hosted virtually as part of The Bump Lounge by House of Honey Belle, this class is open to pregnant mamas at any stage.
🕊️ What to Expect (45-Minute Flow)
11:00 – 11:10 | Mama Check-In + Arrival
Mama connection + arrival. Gentle breath and optional check-in to connect with yourself, baby, and other mamas.
11:10 – 11:35 | Gentle Prenatal Yoga + Breath
Slow, supportive movement focused on:
Relieving common pregnancy discomforts
Supporting circulation and mobility
Connecting breath with movement
Listening to your body (options always offered)
11:35 – 11:45 | Rest + Baby Connection
A calming close with breathwork, visualization, or meditation to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and bonding with baby.

A: Yes! This class is beginner-friendly and designed with gentle, accessible movements for all mamas.
Q: What if I’m in my first/third trimester?
A: The practice is safe and supportive for all stages of pregnancy. Always listen to your body and feel free to modify or rest as needed.
Q: Do I need any props or special equipment?
A: No props are required. You’re welcome to use pillows, blankets, or a chair if that feels supportive for your body.
Q: What if I need to rest, pause, or step away during class?
A: That’s completely welcome. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. Rest is part of the practice.
Q: Do I need to turn my camera on or speak?
A: This is a non-performative space, and you’re always welcome to keep your camera off and participate in whatever way feels most comfortable. If you feel open to it, having your camera on can help support connection with the facilitator and other mamas, and allows for gentle alignment cues and added safety during movement. You’re invited to choose what feels right for you in each moment.
