Dear Anxiety: Free Online Art Workshop
If anxiety has been loud lately, this one's for you.
This is an IFS-inspired expressive arts workshop. We'll start with a simple introduction to parts work, then meet the part of us that's anxious. You'll draw it, journal with it, and begin building a relationship with it that's honest, curious, and a little softer.
Whether parts work is brand new to you or already familiar, you're welcome here. It's especially for anyone in a season of life where anxiety is showing up and you want tools to express it and understand it, not just manage it.
What to expect
A short intro to parts work
Drawing and journaling to meet your anxious part
A walk away with more clarity and lightness
This is an expressive arts workshop, not therapy, and it's not a replacement for it. ✏️
👉🏽 What to bring: Paper and something to draw with. It's interactive, so keep them close.
👉🏽 Can't make it live? Sign up anyway and you'll get the recording, available through Thursday, October 15.
👉🏽 Cost: Free, and donation-based. If you'd like to give, I'm so grateful. It's also a nice way to commit to showing up.
✨ Want to go deeper? This is a taste of my 6-week course, Draw Your Inner World, starting October 23. I'd love to have you.
Sunday, October 11 · 12pm EST 9am PST · 5pm UK
No art experience needed. Just curiosity, a willingness to be real, and the courage to meet yourself on the page.
