Focus & Flourish December

​If you need a bit of body-doubling to get you started, or some encouragement to finish a project off, then our Focus & Flourish sessions are here for you.

​Bring along whatever you’d like to get done. Maybe you’ve got a craft project, a Substack post to write, or some pesky work tasks to complete. All are welcome!

​We start sessions with a brief check in on what we want to achieve. Then we dive into business (on mute!) returning before the session ends to share our progress.
